Baoji AATi New Metal Co., Ltd. (AATi) was established in 2007. It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the production and R&D of titanium, zirconium, nickel, copper and other non-ferrous metals. Copper Cored/Clad Glass Sealing Alloys

As a leader in the production of high-tech composite metal products, AATi applies this technology to the production of copper core glass sealing alloys. These glass-to-metal sealing alloys produce high-quality products with uniform hermetic sealing characteristics capable of carrying six times more current than solid wire of the same size. Provides a completely hermetic seal between the two metals with excellent mechanical strength , scalability and higher reliability. AATi can customize surface finish, performance and packaging to your specific requirements.

Titanium Cathode Plate

Titanium cathode plate is composed of a conductive beam and a plate surface. The conductive beam adopts titanium clad copper bar, which is composed of Grade1 titanium tube and T2 pure copper rod. Surface polishing, length and width tolerance ≤ ± 1mm, straightness ≤ ± 0.5 mm; coating titanium thickness not less than 1.5mm. The conductive bar has good electrical conductivity, strong corrosion resistance, high bending strength and high rigidity. The plate surface is made of Grade2 titanium plate, the surface is smooth and flat, not deformable.

Permanent Stainless Steel Cathode Plate

AATi began to develop permanent stainless steel cathode plates in 2007, and has built a fully automated intelligent cathode plate production line with an annual output of 60,000 pieces, becoming the largest stainless steel cathode plate manufacturing base and repair base in northern China.

The stainless steel cathode plate has the following requirements in the production process of copper electrowinning and electrolysis. First, the copper coating on the stainless steel cathode plate must be fully and evenly; On the premise that the cathode plate meets the production process, the service life of the stainless steel cathode plate must be guaranteed. According to the above requirements, AATi currently provides two main cathode plate designs, copper clad steel cathode plate and stainless steel copper clad cathode plate.

Copper Clad Steel Cathode Plate

The copper clad steel conductive beam is made of 304L stainless steel tube and C11000 pure copper tube, which are tightly compounded by multi-pass cold extrusion of special-shaped molds, so that the copper tube is tightly covered on the surface of the stainless steel tube. After the composite is completed, the conductive beam is cut and welded, and then a welding groove with a width of 11mm and a depth of 2.7mm is machined on the conductive beam, and the cathode plate body is inserted into the welding groove, and the stainless steel tube of the conductive beam is first welded directly , to ensure the load-bearing strength of the cathode plate, and then directly weld the cathode plate body and the copper tube of the conductive beam to reduce the transition resistance of steel and copper, improve the conductivity, and the current efficiency can reach 98%.

Steel Clad Copper Cathode Plate

The steel clad copper conductive beam is made of 316L stainless steel pipe and pure copper rod of grade C11000. AATi abandons the traditional cold drawing process and adopts a new processing technology. After the stainless steel and copper are combined, a new metallurgical layer is formed between the two, which is closely connected like skin and meat. Thereby greatly reducing resistance, improving electrical efficiency, reducing energy consumption, and reducing production costs.
